The following annotated list is intended as an introduction for students and others who would like to learn more about current local, national, and international projects to reduce carbon emissions.  The list focuses on carbon offset measures, energy efficiency, and renewable energy.  It also includes some legislative information.  Please submit your recommendations for this page to Professor Bruce Murray
