Edited Volumes

Together with Professor Sara Smart, Exeter University, Professor Mara R. Wade has edited The Palatine Wedding of 1613: Protestant Alliance and Court Festival, Wolfenb├╝tteler Abhandlungen zur Renaissanceforschung, Vol. 29. (Wiesbaden: Harrassowitz, 2013). The volume has 662 pp. with 21 color plates and 84 b/w illustrations.

Presentations, Talks and Panels

Professor Anke Pinkert provided a response to Charlotte Mehlin's paper “Languages of the Humanities,” New Deal of the Humanities Symposium, University of Illinois, September 18.

Professor Anke Pinkert presented a paper "Publically-engaged Humanities: a Practice of Truth?" at an Interdisciplinary Symposium on "Truth," organized by the Humanities Center at Wayne State University, September 27.

Upcoming Conference

We invite you to attend Professor Carl Niekerk's conference "How Radical was the Enlightenment?" which takes place on Thursday November 7th and runs through Saturday November 9th in the Levis Faculty Center. Filmabend
